Who sits down

The first shared year is mostly a cash question.

People come upstairs when a wedding is recent, a room has been promised, or two wages are about to feed one pot. Some still live with parents in Ra-ngae and want the monthly sum named before they take a key in Su-ngai Padi. Some already have the key and a motorbike payment they forgot to mention.

The practice works with those households. We write down rent, food, gold you are willing to treat as reserve, and the money that already leaves for family. We do not sell a product at the end of the hour.

  • A rented room or a first small house, and the deposit the landlord named.
  • Two paydays that do not fall on the same morning.
  • Wedding gold that one of you thinks is savings and the other thinks is untouchable.
  • A parent who expects help, with the amount still unspoken.
  • A cooperative savings book, a tin, or both.

Foundation Plan papers stay with the household. We do not keep your gold.

The engagement we are asked for most

Household Foundation Plan

Four meetings across six weeks. You bring the savings book, the rent paper, and a rough note of what went to parents. You leave with a twelve-month list: what the month costs, what the reserve should be, and which purchases wait.

The fee is 18,500 baht, with 6,000 baht to reserve the first meeting. There is a quiet week in the middle so you can live with the picture before anyone writes it in ink.

We brought the gold and the rent book. She asked what we still owed my mother before she asked what the room cost. That order mattered, because the room was already exciting and my mother was not.

From the room

Households tell us what actually moved.

Some stories are about a deposit that survived a cabinet. Some are about a Thursday that ran long because only one partner could get away from a shift. Read them in their own length, including the meeting that started tired.

The room

Come upstairs by appointment.

The practice meets Tuesday to Saturday, 10:00–18:00. The last sitting begins at 16:30, so a household coming off a shift still has a full hour. Write with a preferred date. We answer within two working days.
