Cancellations and refunds

These terms apply to appointments for financial planning with Logic Passageway Financial Planning Co., Ltd. at Tambon Su-ngai Padi, Amphoe Su-ngai Padi, Narathiwat 96140. The practice sells sittings and written household plans. It does not sell goods, and it does not ship materials. A printed copy of your own plan is part of the engagement fee.

How to ask

Write to info@logic-passageway.click or call 073651028. Put “refund” or “cancellation” in the first line, and include the names on the appointment and the date. We confirm the request within two working days.

Opening appointment

If you cancel at least forty-eight hours before the sitting, the 1,800 baht fee is refunded in full if it has already been paid, or it is simply not collected. One reschedule with at least one day’s notice is free. A second move may be treated as a cancellation. If you do not arrive and do not send word, the fee is kept, or it becomes payable, because the hour was held.

Household Foundation Plan

The reserving sum is 6,000 baht. If you cancel at least five days before the first meeting, that sum is refunded in full. After the first meeting has taken place, the reserving sum is kept because the inventory work has started. The remainder of the 18,500 baht fee is not requested if you stop before the third meeting. If you have already paid the remainder and then stop, we refund the portion that covers meetings not yet held, after deducting any meeting that took place at the opening-appointment rate of 1,800 baht where that meeting was not already covered by the reserving sum.

Family obligation sitting and yearly review

The same forty-eight-hour rule as the opening appointment applies. A full refund is available when you cancel in that window and the sitting has not started. A partial refund is not used for these single sittings: either the meeting has not begun, and the fee returns, or the meeting has begun, and the fee is kept. An extra meeting at 2,200 baht, if you had agreed one and it has not occurred, is refunded when cancelled forty-eight hours ahead.

Rescheduling

Illness, with notice before the sitting, moves a meeting once per engagement without a new fee. A household visit already travelled inside the amphoe keeps the 500 baht travel amount if we have set out, even if you reschedule the conversation itself. Travel beyond the amphoe that was quoted and begun is handled the same way: unspent fare is returned, fare already paid to reach you is kept.

No-shows

If the household is not at the practice room within twenty minutes of the agreed time, and has not sent word, the sitting is a no-show. The fee for that sitting is kept. For the Foundation Plan, a no-show at a later meeting is treated as a meeting held for refund arithmetic, and we offer one replacement hour if you write within seven days with a reason we can actually plan around, such as a shift that ran over or a hospital visit.

Work already started

Notes taken, a map of family sums drafted, or a plan already read aloud are work already started. Those portions are not refunded. A quiet week with no meeting is not, by itself, work that keeps an extra fee. If we have written the twelve-month plan and you have taken the pages home, the Foundation Plan fee stands.

Deposits and method

The only deposit we take is the 6,000 baht that reserves a Foundation Plan. Refunds go back by the method you paid: transfer to the account that paid us, or cash at the practice room if you paid cash and can collect it. We do not send cash by post.

Processing time

Approved refunds are issued within fourteen working days after we confirm the amount. Bank timing after that is outside the practice. If fourteen working days pass without the transfer, call 073651028 and we will trace it.

Exceptions

Where Thai consumer law requires a remedy we have not described, that remedy applies. A mistake in our fee note is corrected in your favour. We do not offer refunds for a change of mind about a household decision — selling gold, helping a parent, taking a room — after you have used the plan. The plan is the work. The decision stays yours.
