Who it is for
New households who already know the rent and the wages, but cannot agree what is owed to parents, an unmarried sibling, a zakat intention, or a temple offering. It is also used by adult children who are about to move out and want the monthly sum named before the first rent is paid.
What you leave with
A one-page map of regular family transfers, marked as fixed or variable, with a sentence the household can repeat when a relative asks for more. It is a map, not a lecture to your parents.

How the time is spent
Name
Each regular transfer is named. Person, rough amount, and whether it is every month or only after a good rubber season or a bonus.
Mark
We mark which sums are already promised and which are still being argued. Rent and food stay on the page so the promises have a boundary.
Agree
You choose a sentence you can both say when someone asks for a change. The map comes home with you.
What to bring
A private list of what left the household for family in the last three months. You may omit a name and call the person “elder sister” if privacy in the notes matters.
Limits
We will not invite a parent into the meeting unless you ask in advance and they agree. The sitting is for the new household’s decision, not a family assembly. Visits inside the amphoe add 500 baht.
Fee
The fee is 3,600 baht at the visit. If you later reserve the Foundation Plan within thirty days, 1,800 baht of this fee is credited, because the inventory of family sums will not be done twice.
Ask for a family obligation sitting if the argument at home is about parents’ money more than about the rent itself.
