Privacy and household information
This page explains how Logic Passageway Financial Planning Co., Ltd. handles personal information. It is written for households who enquire about financial planning, attend a sitting, or read this site.
Data controller
The data controller is Logic Passageway Financial Planning Co., Ltd., Tambon Su-ngai Padi, Amphoe Su-ngai Padi, Narathiwat 96140. Email info@logic-passageway.click. Telephone 073651028. Established 2016.
What we collect
From the enquiry form: your name, email address, the engagement you ask about, a short description of what is changing at home, a preferred date, and the message you write. At a sitting we collect the household facts needed for the plan, which may include wages in rough figures, rent, family support, debts, and a description of gold. We ask you to keep identity-card numbers and full bank account numbers out of email.
The site also stores a banner preference in your browser’s local storage under the key logicPassagewayConsent. That record stays on your device. See the cookie note.
Why we use it
We use enquiry details to answer you, to offer or refuse a date, and to prepare the sitting you asked for. We use meeting notes to write your plan and, if you return, to conduct a yearly review. The legal bases we rely on are steps toward an appointment you requested, performance of that appointment, and our legitimate interest in keeping an accurate household file so a later review does not start from a blank table. Where a note is optional — for example a family story you would rather leave out — we record it only if you choose to tell it.
Retention
Enquiry messages that do not become an appointment are kept for up to twenty-four months so we can find an earlier request if you write again. Household files for a completed engagement are kept for seven years, because a yearly review may refer to them and because Thai limitation periods can make an old note relevant. After that, paper notes are destroyed and electronic copies deleted. You may ask us to close a file earlier if no legal duty requires us to hold it. A reserving payment record is kept with the file.
Sharing
Planners inside the practice read the file. We do not sell personal information. We do not pass your wages or family sums to a bank, a gold shop, or a relative. If a law, a court, or a competent Thai authority requires disclosure, we limit it to what the request covers. An email provider or a telephone company may carry a message in the ordinary way. They are not authorised to use your household plan.
International transfers
We aim to keep paper files and practice notes in Thailand, in the room at the address above. If an email service routes a message outside Thailand, that transfer is limited to delivering the message you sent or the reply we send. We do not move the household planning file to an overseas archive. Where a transfer is needed, we rely on your request to correspond by email or on a safeguard recognised under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562.
Your rights
Under the Personal Data Protection Act you may ask to access the personal information we hold, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict its use, to object to certain uses, and to receive a portable copy where the law provides that right. You may also lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Committee. Send requests to info@logic-passageway.click. We may need to confirm you are the person the file concerns before we open it. A spouse does not automatically receive the other’s private sum if that sum was marked private in the meeting.
Security and children
Paper files are kept in a locked cupboard in the practice room. Enquiry email is read by the planners. Please send enquiries as an adult member of the household. The practice plans with adults. If a message appears to come from a child, we will not open a planning file and we will delete the message after a brief check.
