Cookies and stored preferences
This note describes what logic-passageway.click stores on your device when you read about financial planning for new households or send an enquiry. It sits beside the privacy page, which covers household files and enquiry messages.
What a cookie is
A cookie is a small text file a site asks your browser to keep and send back later. Local storage is a related place in the browser where a site can keep a short record that is not automatically sent to a server with every request. We use the second kind for the banner, and we describe it here so the choice is visible.
Types we use
Essential storage: one preference that remembers whether you accepted or rejected the banner. Analytics cookies: none. Advertising cookies: none. We do not run a measurement service that follows you across other websites.
Preference table
| Name | Purpose | Duration | Provider |
|---|---|---|---|
| logicPassagewayConsent | Stores the word accepted or rejected so the banner can stay closed after you choose. Held in local storage, not sent as a cookie with page requests. | Until you clear site data for this browser, or until you change the choice by clearing storage. | Logic Passageway Financial Planning Co., Ltd., first party, on your device. |
Third-party requests
The pages load typefaces from Google Fonts. That request can expose your IP address to Google when the typeface files are fetched. We do not add Google advertising cookies, and we do not use those typefaces to build a profile of households. If you block third-party requests, the text still appears in a fallback serif face.
How to manage or disable storage
Use the Accept or Reject button on the banner. Rejecting stores the rejection and leaves every page, guide, and the enquiry form usable. You can also clear site data in your browser settings, which removes logicPassagewayConsent and brings the banner back on the next visit. Browser controls for cookies do not always delete local storage. Look for “site data” or “local storage” for logic-passageway.click if the banner should appear again.
Impact of disabling
If you block all storage, the banner may return on each visit because the choice cannot be remembered. Reading, navigation, and the enquiry form continue. The form’s success or error message does not depend on the banner choice. Disabling Google Fonts changes only the look of the letters, not the appointments we can offer.
