The practice’s main engagement. Four sittings across six weeks produce a written first-year plan covering cash, rent, gold kept as reserve, and money already promised to parents.
Format Four meetings across six weeks
Duration Six weeks
Fee 18,500 baht
Where Practice room in Tambon Su-ngai Padi, or a household visit inside Amphoe Su-ngai Padi
Who it is for
Couples and small families who have just begun, or are about to begin, one shared household. Typical arrivals are newly married, moving out of a parents’ house into a rented room, or putting two wages into one kitchen for the first time. The plan suits people with ordinary wages, a little gold, a rent deposit, and regular sums sent to family. It is arranged for households, including a sole adult setting up alone.
What you leave with
You leave with a written household plan for the next twelve months. It names the monthly cash picture, an emergency reserve, the family sums you have agreed, and the decisions that should wait (a cabinet, a second motorbike, a larger gold purchase) until the reserve is in place.
Included
An inventory of cash, savings books, gold, debts, and rent
A shared picture of the month, including irregular income
A conversation about money sent to parents, siblings, and regular giving
A reserve target written in baht, and where that reserve will sit
A twelve-month decision list, read aloud in the last meeting
One follow-up letter after the fourth meeting
The written plan in Thai or English, as you prefer
Outside this sitting
Selling investment products, insurance, or loans
Holding your money or keeping gold in the practice room
Preparing a tax return or a legal document
Advising on securities trades
Visits outside Amphoe Su-ngai Padi, unless a separate travel fee is agreed first
Who sits with you
Anong Srisawat leads every Foundation Plan. Yusuf Hamid joins the family-obligation meeting when the household asks for a second listener, usually when several relatives are involved.
How the time is spent
Week 1
Inventory. You bring what you have. We list bank books, cash tins, gold, the motorbike loan if there is one, and the rent agreement. Nothing is judged for being small.
Week 2
The shared month. We set wages, shop income, or rubber-season money beside rent, food, fuel, and the sums that already leave the house. Irregular months are written as a range, not a single hopeful figure.
Quiet week
You live with the picture. There is no meeting. Many households notice a transfer they forgot, or a gold piece that was a gift and should stay a gift.
Week 4
Obligations and the reserve. We agree what can be promised to parents without touching the rent, and how much cash and gold stays untouched for a broken wage or a hospital visit.
Week 6
The written plan. We read the twelve-month list in the room. You take the pages home. A short letter follows, restating the reserve and the family sums.
What to bring
Bring recent savings-book entries, a list of gold you consider household property, the rent paper if you have one, and a rough note of money sent to parents in the last three months. A finished budget is unnecessary. If a figure is shared with a sibling and you would rather not say it aloud yet, write it down and hand it across the table.
Limits
Meetings last 75 to 90 minutes. We work in Thai or English. If you want the long written plan in both languages, the extra copy is arranged at the fee shown on the fees page. The practice does not take on company accounts or a household that wants us to choose shares. A date is held only after the reserving payment is agreed in writing.
Fee
The fee is 18,500 baht for the engagement. 6,000 baht reserves the first meeting. The remainder is paid before the third meeting. If you stop after the inventory, the reserving sum covers the work already done and the rest is not requested. Household visits inside the amphoe add 500 baht, agreed before the day.
If you already know you want the six weeks, ask to reserve the Household Foundation Plan. If you want to see the room first, begin with the opening appointment. The opening fee is credited if you continue within thirty days.
