Terms of engagement
These terms govern use of logic-passageway.click and appointments with Logic Passageway Financial Planning Co., Ltd. (“the practice”), established in 2016, at Tambon Su-ngai Padi, Amphoe Su-ngai Padi, Narathiwat 96140. By using the site or reserving a sitting, you accept these terms. If you are reserving for a household, you confirm you are an adult member of that household.
The work we offer
The practice provides financial planning conversations and written household plans for new households: opening appointments, the Household Foundation Plan, family obligation sittings, and yearly reviews for households who already completed a foundation plan here. Fees on the fees page are a guide until a short note confirms the figure for your engagement. Paying that confirmed figure, or attending a sitting, forms the appointment agreement.
The practice does not hold client money or gold, does not place securities trades, and does not sell insurance or loans. Decisions about spending, giving, and selling a piece of gold remain yours after you leave the room.
Appointments
Sittings are by appointment, Tuesday to Saturday. A date is held when we confirm it in reply to your enquiry and, for the Foundation Plan, when the reserving sum is agreed. Please arrive able to speak for the household matters you put on the form. If a second adult should hear the plan, arrange for them to attend or accept that some questions will be marked as waiting.
Intellectual property
Text, layout, and the blank structure of our written plans belong to the practice. You receive a copy of your own plan for household use. You may keep it, photograph it, and show it to a spouse who missed a meeting. You may not republish the blank structure, the guides on this site, or our wording as your own planning service. Figures you brought — your rent, your wages, your family sums — remain yours.
Information you share
Enquiry forms and meeting notes are handled as described in the privacy page. Leave account numbers and identity-card numbers off the form. We will ask, in person, only for the papers a sitting needs.
Liability
Plans are prepared from what you tell us and the papers you bring. If a wage, a debt, or a family promise is omitted, the pages will be wrong in that respect, and the remedy is a correction at the next sitting or, where the refund terms allow, a further conversation. To the extent Thai law allows, the practice is not liable for household decisions you make after a meeting, for a landlord’s refusal, for a change in a wage, or for the price a gold shop later offers. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that Thai law does not allow us to exclude, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Site use
The guides are observations from the practice room. A personal plan is written only after a sitting, from the figures you bring. If the website is interrupted, a fee line looks stale, or an enquiry seems to have gone missing, telephone 073651028 so a date can still be held.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised page. The terms that apply to an engagement are those in force on the day we confirm your date. A change does not reopen a plan already handed to you, except to correct an error.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes are subject to the Thai courts. We would rather start with a written complaint to info@logic-passageway.click and a conversation in the practice room.
